Dates: Friday 23rd – Monday 26th January 2026
Location: Private cottages and sewing barn in a stunning countryside setting - Clyne Farm Mumbles, South Wales.

What’s Included:

• 3 nights’ accommodation in our welcoming cottages
• Full use of the Stone Barn sewing studio
• Daily tuition from two experienced sewing teachers
• Some materials provided to draft toile.
• Lunch provided each day (sandwiches & light refreshments)
• A supportive, relaxed environment to sew, learn, and connect

Itinerary Snapshot:

• Friday afternoon: Arrivals, introductions & toile preparation
• Saturday & Sunday: Full sewing days making your Trench Coat
• Monday: Depart with your finished garment and new sewing friends

✅ How to Book

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your place.
• Remaining balance must be paid by Friday 28th November 2025.
• Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

1. Booking & Deposits
   • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
   • The remaining balance is due by 28th November 2025.
2. Cancellations
   • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
   • If you cancel after the balance is paid, we will attempt to resell your place.
   • If your place is successfully resold, you will receive a refund of the balance (excluding the deposit).
   • If not resold, no refund can be issued.
3. Minimum Numbers
   • The retreat requires a minimum number of participants to run.
   • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, all payments (including deposits) will be refunded in full.
4. Accommodation
   • Single and shared twin rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
   • Room allocation will be confirmed once deposit is received.
5. Health & Safety
   • Participants are responsible for their own wellbeing during the retreat.
   • Please inform us of any dietary requirements, allergies, or accessibility needs in advance.
6. General
   • By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
   • We reserve the right to make small adjustments to the schedule if necessary.
